Our agency was found in early 2020 by Mateusz Boniecki together with Dominik Zielinski. Both of them, with experience in agency work and previous businesses they ran, decided to create a remarkable place, serving clients in a unique way, including a strong focus on building relationships with them, or a deep understanding of their problems and needs.

It is on these solid foundations that the first-mentioned founders continue to develop the Vikian brand to this day, in the same spirit of matter-of-factly, decisive and effective actions and putting human relations as a priority.

We have always been fascinated by spectacular successes. As beginning entrepreneurs, we admired great business achievements, dreaming of record-breaking results ourselves.

After years of continuous development, we experienced enlightenment after many ups and downs. It’s one of those Hollywood moments when a light comes on over the protagonist’s head and the scattered puzzle pieces come together to form a breathtaking whole.

Mateusz Boniecki
Vikings leader

Mateusz is an experienced marketer and strategist, which was likely influenced by his passion for playing chess from an early age. With ambition, determination, and a hunger for development, he oversees the successes of SocialVikings' clients. For the past 4 years, he has continuously deepened his skills, especially in the areas of strategy and marketing analytics, as well as in business processes, leadership, and branding. Throughout his professional career, he has had the pleasure of collaborating with over 70 companies, ranging from small one-person businesses to industry leaders. In his collaborations, he emphasizes an individual approach to each partner, aiming to navigate the vast waters of the blue ocean together with their company. By this term, he means jointly seeking niches, competitive advantages, and business levers that will allow for success to grow at a dynamic and sensible pace. Privately, he enjoys the aforementioned game of chess, soccer, traveling, and meaningful conversations over aromatic coffee. ☕

Hello! I'm Łukasz – a computer engineer, IT specialist, and graphic designer from Lublin. I currently have over 3 years of experience as an IT Specialist and 2 years related to graphics. However, my true passion is Frontend Development, in which I am constantly developing. I like to gain new knowledge and experience. My hobbies include active travel on city breaks, motoring, going to the cinema, watching TV series, puzzles, gym, fishing, good food, and tattoos. I want… To constantly develop and move forward.
