E-commerce and advertising online stores is a wild ride, especially when we’re talking about the sports gear market across six countries.

Understanding the specific nature of the clientele and their purchasing behaviors divided by product categories and countries was one of our main tasks.

The key to success turned out to be adding attractive animations to a well-diagnosed value proposition and key brand differentiators, clearly showcasing:

  • Product
  • Promotion/Price
  • Context

Interestingly, the campaigns were conducted in the native language of each market, and translation using online tools proved to be more than sufficient (high conversion rates and no differences in results when tested against texts translated by professional translators).

In addition to running FB Ads campaigns, we also managed active communication on Instagram and Facebook for each of the six markets.

The result? ~110,000 PLN in revenue from an investment of 7,900 PLN. ROAS at a level of ~1400%.

Importantly, at the client’s request, the main targets of our campaigns were people who had not yet purchased products from this company, which only increases the level of difficulty (it’s easier to sell to someone who has already tried us and trusts us).

An added value of this result is the fact that in remarketing efforts, these new customers are much easier to convince in the future, thus the benefit to the client is at least double.
